What his clients say
David Young is an excellent solicitor, a delightful man and I would thoroughly recommend him. David – ten out of ten.
I can only say a massive thank you for all your hard work and support in a world that was often beyond my understanding. I am totally aware that none of this would ever have happened without you and your team. You showed such understanding and kindness especially on my wobbly days of which there were many! Thank you all so much.
I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for all your help throughout what has been a very difficult time. When I found myself in need of a divorce solicitor, I had no idea which way to turn so I discreetly asked around for recommendations. The only name that was mentioned to me as outstanding was yours. That was some considerable time ago now and as I am standing near the end of this nightmare looking back, I can honestly say that it is a reputation well-deserved and one to which I am more than happy to add my endorsement.
From the very outset my faith in your ability and determination to serve my best interests has never been in question. I am eternally thankful that you never found it necessary to be drawn to lower the tone of communication to that of opposing counsel, but remained patient, objective, insightful in your appraisal of the situation and completely honest in managing my expectations, even when it may have been easier to be less direct. Your calm, measured approach and unerring professionalism has guided me through something, which to the uninitiated, can seem complex and very daunting.
There is no doubt in my mind that you have secured a better future for myself and my children than I may otherwise have been able to enjoy, had I not been privileged enough to find someone of your calibre.
Words do seem inadequate, but I hope this note, in some small way, conveys my respect and eternal gratitude for the positive opportunities you have now made possible in our lives.
I would like to formally express my heartfelt gratitude for your assistance in navigating me through the collaborative divorce process to its successful and most satisfactory conclusion.
From the outset, I was consistently impressed by your professionalism and positive approach, despite the sometimes difficult situations we faced throughout the process.
It is a testament both to the collaborative divorce process and your own skill that we achieved a settlement all parties are satisfied with, in a very dignified and non-confrontational manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend the collaborative divorce process, and of course your firm, to anybody who wishes to traverse the painful experience of divorce in the most civilised way possible!
It was a pleasure to work with you, and I do hope we will remain in touch from time to time.
